Order Changes/Cancellations:

Changes to scheduled orders or cancellations must be made within 72  hours  of the scheduled delivery time.

After this timeframe, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

 

Delivery Timing:

Scheduled orders will be delivered within the designated time window chosen by the customer during the scheduling process.

Our delivery team will make every effort to ensure orders are delivered promptly within the scheduled timeframe.

 

Delivery Areas and Availability:

Scheduled delivery services are available within our standard delivery zones.

Delivery availability for scheduled orders may be limited during peak times or on certain dates (e.g., holidays). Customers are encouraged to schedule orders in advance to secure desired delivery slots.

 

Delivery Fees:

Delivery fees for scheduled orders may vary depending on factors such as order size, delivery distance, and selected delivery window.

Fees will be clearly displayed during the scheduling process.

 

Missed Deliveries:

If a scheduled delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or incorrect address information provided by the customer, additional delivery attempts may incur an extra fee.

In such cases, customers will be contacted to reschedule delivery.

 

Refund Policy:

Refunds may be issued for scheduled orders that cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances or quality issues.

Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of the scheduled delivery date, accompanied by supporting documentation.
